Absolutely horrible service this service is a scam, they cancelled my booking 15 minutes after the lesson timing and rescheduled, the driver then did not show up for my rescheduled lesson and they office never picks up the phone or responds to messages waited for 45 minutes. waste of time and a scam. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS SCHOOL

My experience with this school was mixed. I did not read the reviews before booking (which was my mistake) but thankfully, it did not go too bad. Although sometimes they would cancel lessons 10mins beforehand, forget to turn up to lessons and book lessons for you without consulting with you for the timing, I managed to complete my 10(tripled in logbook) hours with them. It took at least 6 or more weeks for me to complete it when easily it could have been 2 weeks. Be wary when booking with them, I just got lucky

Terrible. It is a scam. Please do not book with this company. I have tried over 30 attempts to book in a time. I purchased the 12 hour package and paid up front. When I try and book in a time they ask for payment. If there is no payment I cannot book the time slot. I have emailed and text to ask them to book it manually and they refuse. This has been a huge stress. Do not book with this company!!!

I have an appointment for driving lessons today at 12:45 but I have not seen the driving instructor at the address I gave and I tried to contact the office and the driver's phone number but no one answers my calls and I will have to cancel the entire booking and I am trying to refund my money back.

After experience stay away from this fraud they call themselves reliable it's absoloutly the opposite, i booked my son a driving lesson got charge $125 for hour and a half they came 30 minutes late my son was freezing waiting for the him he took him only for one hour on top of that he dropped him off somewhere where I have to go and pick him up myself, tried to contact them many times to see what's going on but they ignored my calls Also I booked the test with them they asked me that I need to drop off my son to the Department of transport in woolloongabba their excuse was because of the traffic they can't pick him up How reliable you think they are???

I gave my full address when booked for 1.5hr package. My driving instructor was 40 minutes late because he was given the wrong address by school and finished the lesson without compensating that duration. (40 minutes duration is long enough to provide someone with as much info as possible for who’s already driving on roads) He didn’t give detailed feedbacks. I felt “Reliable” just took the money and did not put enough effort in supporting me to pass. Not worth the money spent.

Had emailed several times and called for a refund. These guys are very very misleading. When they finally got back to me the man was very rude and refused to submit a refund. I wish i read the reviews prior to even looking at making a booking sounds like the a fraud and should not have a business.

Do not go through this company if you want a car hire to do the test in. The company failed to provide a compliant car on the day and my daughter was unable to proceed with her test. On their behalf they did offer a reschedule, but how can we trust a company that call themselves reliable with an unreliable car. We paid 229.95 for pretest and car hire. When we asked for a refund, to suit the company, they changed my purchase to a "mock test" and then charged a "cancellation fee" and offered a refund of 11.05. Save your money and book elsewhere!

I booked a 1.5hr BYO Manual Mock Driving Test for 8am, but am now getting a message saying it’s rescheduled for 10am (but I booked that time because my son’s driving test is at 8:45am tomorrow) ????? Tried calling the website’s number to cancel, if I can’t get the time I originally booked so I can book another instructor, but I only get a message bank saying his message-bank is full… ??

buyers BEWARE I'm reaching out to share a word of caution regarding Reliable Driving School Australia. I've had a disappointing experience with them and wanted to warn you to be cautious if you are considering their services. Do not buy packages as you can’t book with them online and when you try to call the mailbox is full. They will not refund you . We probably thought they were a scam and they kind of are.

The driver failed to show today, which is the second day in a row,...and this is not the first time with no shows. There has been no communication (absolutely zero) and since I paid in advance I would like to know what is happening with the missed ones and the two more bookings this week? Very poor service.

To All, I just wanna let you know, your service are worst. On my first booking the original driver didn’t show up and he didn’t message me for an update. And he gave his slot to other driver but still I didn’t receive an update on time. Now, my second booking so late and I didn’t receive any calls or messages from your driver instructor if he’s coming or not. It’s not professional though your company name is RELIABLE which is not true. I paid for my lessons but you didn’t give a proper service. I am so disappointed. I will ask for my refund then. I am not happy with your service. It’s really UNRELIABLE.

It’s is truly a scammer….they are fake….i booked lesson with reliable Driving School they took payment from me and then the trainer never came …I kept waiting for trainer the whole day …no one arrived..I tried them calling multiple times but no one picking up the call…I wrote them email for refund but yet no reply. I am truly very very unhappy with this scammer and want everyone to know about them. Very very very unsatisfied …a real scammer company.

DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE, they cancelled on my son 15 minutes after the scheduled booking tim on the FIRST and SECOND BOOKINGS,. Then when I called they hung up on me and told me to send an email. My son paid for 5 lessons and eventually after a he'll of a lot of phone calls. Texts, and yes emails he had 3 cancelled bookings and got 1 but had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes. These guys are not Australian and definitely do not know how to treat you. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM.

It has been over 2 x weeks now since I have sent 2 x emails requesting for a refund of the service that we had paid for and did not receive but I have not heard anything back. We paid for a Test day package for the 29/10 for a 7am pick up from home for a 8am test for my partner. On the morning of the test, he received a text at 5:19am advising that the driver will meet him at the driving centre instead, now my partner did not read this message until a little after 6am so he was then stressing out because he would now have to pay to Uber to the centre and will now need to rush to get ready and get there before 7am. My partner attended and during the session the driving instructor was just on his phone the whole time and did not even acknowledge my partner during the session which added onto more stress and nerves before his test at 8am. The test then commenced which he failed straight away for something so minor. After the test, he then had to Uber back home. The test day package is meant to have the instructor pick up my partner and drop him back home which did not happen. I would like to have a refund and this will be my last request of this before I take this further. This experience was diabolical and contradicts the service you offer of being “reliable”. Absolutely appalling

Reliable Driving School isn’t reliable enough. I had booked and paid for a driving lesson, I received a confirmation but the driving instructor didn’t turn up and no response from the driving school even after 1 week. I also have not received a refund for my paid driving lesson. Please be careful before you book with Reliable driving school and be aware the communication is pathetic and this business is very irresponsible.

I have been driving in India for 20 years but getting license in Brisbane is tough due to rules and safe driving practices. But 1 lesson change all my driving technique and I passed my practical driving test. I can now drive Uber or Didi in Gold Coast. Hurrah

Emmanual is the most amazing driving instructor. He judges your driving ability and let you know what you need to work on most so that you can pass. He wants you to pass driving test and drive safely. I was a new driver and in 3 lesson he make ready for the test and I passed straight away.
